The Social Media Contractor – Pinterest role is a key position supporting our social media service delivery and growth strategy. This role will focus on managing and growing Pinterest accounts for our clients, creating innovative content strategies, and ensuring measurable results aligned with client objectives.

Job Description:
- Develop and execute tailored Pinterest strategies that align with client goals.
- Create engaging, high-quality pins, boards, and content optimized for platform-specific performance.
- Manage and grow Pinterest accounts by implementing best practices for audience engagement and analytics tracking.
- Perform regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the social media marketing team to create assets that perform well on Pinterest.
- Monitor Pinterest trends and adjust strategies to align with platform updates and audience preferences.
- Provide monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations to clients.
- Participate in client onboarding meetings and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3+ years of experience managing Pinterest campaigns or social media marketing projects.
- Demonstrated success in driving traffic and conversions through Pinterest.
- Strong knowledge of Pinterest Analytics and audience targeting strategies.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
- Exceptional written and visual storytelling skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach to social media management.
