To our valued partners,
Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be top of mind and we’ve been actively monitoring updates from the city, province, and country to help us manage through this rapidly evolving situation. Bluetrain wants to assure our partners that our team is extremely well-positioned to serve your business, regardless of the disruption caused by this virus.
Based on the most recent guidance for Social Distancing, we have recommended that all team members who can work from home, do so starting today (Monday, March 16, 2020). Half of our team works remotely already and the regular office workers have full cloud access to everything they require and portable equipment to manage your account effectively.
We have advised all staff to practice social distancing with meetings as well, transitioning from in-person meetings to virtual web conference calls until further notice. This is all in an effort to keep our staff, clients and community safe in these unique times.
As this situation evolves, so too might your communication needs. If there is any specific messaging that you want to change or discuss for your ads/social media, email communication you want to distribute, or content help on your website, please let us know and we will work with you to help position your company appropriately.
